Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the commercial relationship between Nextudioz (“NEXTUDIOZ”) and the individuals or legal entities that request or contract our services (“THE CLIENT”).
By accepting a proposal, making an advance payment, or contracting a service, THE CLIENT acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
NEXTUDIOZ offers creative and audiovisual services, including branding, visual identity, design, audiovisual production, photography, editing, digital content, drones, FPV, and other related services.
The specific characteristics of each service will be established in the corresponding proposal or quotation.
2. Proposals and Scope
Each project will be accompanied by a proposal or quotation establishing the services, deliverables, quantities, timelines, revisions, price, and specific conditions.
Any service or deliverable not expressly included may be quoted separately.
3. Contracting and Payments
Unless otherwise agreed, projects will be handled under a 50% advance payment and 50% payment before final delivery arrangement.
The project may begin once the advance payment and the information required to start have been received.
Payment delays may result in the temporary suspension of the project and changes to its delivery dates.
4. Delivery Times
Timelines will be established in each proposal.
For branding projects, development stages will normally have an estimated duration of 7 business days per stage, unless otherwise indicated.
Timelines may be paused while NEXTUDIOZ is awaiting information, materials, approvals, or decisions from THE CLIENT.
5. Revisions and Changes
Each project will include the number of revision rounds indicated in the proposal.
Changes involving substantial modifications to the concept, an increase in scope, requests for new deliverables, or exceeding the included revisions may incur additional costs.
6. Audiovisual Production and Drones
Audiovisual productions will be subject to the applicable technical, logistical, weather, and safety conditions.
Drone and FPV operations may be modified, suspended, or rescheduled when conditions pose a risk or prevent the operation from being carried out in a technically viable manner.
Third-party costs, permits, locations, talent, transportation, travel expenses, licenses, or additional resources will only be included when specified in the proposal.
7. Files and Materials
Unless expressly stated otherwise, editable files, editing projects, and raw (RAW) material are not part of the final delivery.
When these materials are requested, they may be quoted separately.
8. Intellectual Property
Usage rights, licenses, or any transfer of economic rights related to the deliverables will be established in the corresponding proposal and/or contract.
Contracting a service does not automatically imply the full transfer of rights to all materials created.
9. Portfolio
THE CLIENT authorizes NEXTUDIOZ to permanently retain and display completed work as part of its portfolio, website, social media, commercial presentations, and case studies.
NEXTUDIOZ will always respect confidentiality, private information, future launches, and any publication restrictions expressly agreed upon with THE CLIENT.
10. Cancellations and Pauses
Specific cancellation conditions will be established in the corresponding proposal or contract.
If THE CLIENT cancels a project once it has begun, payments made may be applied to work completed, contracted resources, and expenses incurred up to that point.
If a project remains on hold due to a lack of information or communication from THE CLIENT for an extended period, its reactivation will be subject to NEXTUDIOZ’s availability.
11. Confidentiality and Personal Data
NEXTUDIOZ will treat private or strategic information provided by THE CLIENT as confidential.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
12. Acceptance
Acceptance of a proposal, signing of a contract, written confirmation, and/or payment of the advance constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions insofar as they apply to the contracted service.
The specific conditions established in the corresponding proposal and contract will prevail with respect to the project’s scope, price, deliverables, and schedule.
